Der perfektible Mensch kann seine eigene Zukunft gestalten, und die Zukunft als solche kann vom Menschen gestaltet werden. Zwar wei\u00df niemand, wie Verbesserung oder Fortschritt genau aussehen, und ob wir Perfektion \u00fcberhaupt erkennen k\u00f6nnen. Aber an die F\u00e4higkeit zur Verbesserung mag ich glauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201ePerfektibel\u201c hei\u00dft \u00fcbrigens nicht \u201evollkommen\u201c. Um Perfektion kann es beim Lernen und bei menschlicher Entwicklung nicht gehen. \u201ePerfektibel\u201c bedeutet auch nicht \u201evervollkommnungs<em>pflichtig<\/em>\u201c! Eine Selbstoptimierung im Sinne von \u201eh\u00f6her, schneller, weiter\u201c m\u00f6chte ich nicht blind f\u00f6rdern. Denn es bringt uns auf Dauer nicht weiter, wenn wir t\u00e4glich Werte mit jenen des Vortags oder gar mit den Werten anderer vergleichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Das Streben nach Perfektion und nach einem vermeintlichen Optimum macht starr. Perfektibilit\u00e4t hingegen vermag es, Ansporn und Gelassenheit zugleich zu schenken.
